Orders and Delivery
Question: When can I expect my order?
Answer:
The average delivery time is 5/10 business days. Our products are shipped directly from our supplier to you. This unique business model allows us to save on storage and transportation costs. As a result, we can offer our products at lower prices and cover the shipping costs ourselves.
Question: The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?
Answer:
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, delays can occasionally occur during the delivery process.
If you have not received your order 3 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us.
Question: Some items from my order are missing. How is that possible?
Answer:
Because we work with multiple suppliers, items may be shipped separately. If an item from your order is missing, it will usually be delivered within 2–3 additional days.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Question: What are the shipping costs?
Answer:
Shipping is completely free.
There is no minimum order amount.
Exchanges and Returns
Question: I am not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
Answer:
Yes. You may return any order within 14 days after receiving it, without providing a reason.
Question: I want to return an item. What should I do?
Answer:
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return it within 14 days after receiving it.
Return Conditions:

Products must include all labels and tags

Products must not show signs of use
All returns must include a Track & Trace code. The sender is responsible for the return shipment.
Once we have received the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

Question: Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
Answer:
On this page, you can enter your email address and order number to track your package.
Question: My Track & Trace code does not show any information. Why?
Answer:
Tracking information becomes available once the package has arrived at the postal carrier. Please note that there may be a short delay between shipment and tracking updates.
